Jamie Sturrock is probably one of the most innovative guitarists in Central Scotland. 
After serving his time in the insanely complex instrumental metal duo Ghost (not to be confused with the Japanese Psych act of the same name!) and performing visceral noisecore under the moniker Insythin, he puts down the electric in favour of the acoustic and creates a subtle, ambient and abstract instrumental EP for his debut release.
Under ten-minutes long and displaying a dizzying array of tap acoustic Polly-rhythms and summery melodics, the EP will find admirers amongst fans of Four Tet, Plaid and Kaki King and introduces a brilliant new talent to the WBI fold. Jamie is currently working on two follow-up EP’s that he is planning as a triptych and an LP under his new guise, The Golden Machine.
